Referral Program T&C

1. Program Overview

The UniQore Referral Program rewards existing UniQore customers (“Referrers”) for referring new customers (“Referred Companies”) to UniQore. If the Referred Company successfully joins UniQore, completes onboarding, and remains an active customer for 3 full consecutive months, the Referrer will receive a £500 credit applied to their UniQore account.

2. Eligibility

• The Referrer must be an active UniQore customer in good standing.

• The Referred Company must be a new customer and must not have previously held an account with UniQore.

• Only one Referrer can claim a reward for each Referred Company.

• The Referrer must have the right permissions to share the Referred Company’s personal or business contact details.

• Individuals may not refer themselves or companies they own, control, or operate.

3. Referral Process

• Referrals must be submitted via the official UniQore Referral Form.

• The Referred Company must:

a) Sign up for UniQore,

b) Complete all onboarding requirements, and

c) Remain a UniQore customer for 3 consecutive months from their “Order Start Date” without defaulting on payments.

• Referrals will be reviewed when the Referred Company’s account is 30 days post-purchase to confirm eligibility.

• The Referred Company’s account must remain active and in good standing throughout this 3-month period.

4. Reward Conditions

• Upon fulfilling all program requirements, a £500 credit will be applied to the Referrer’s UniQore account within 1 month of the Referred Company achieving the 3-month milestone.

• The credit is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and can only be applied to future invoices or services within UniQore.

• No substitutions or cash alternatives will be provided.

5. Limitations

• There is no limit to the number of referrals a customer can make, provided each referral meets all eligibility criteria.

• Self-referrals, fraudulent referrals, or referrals of companies owned, controlled, or operated by the Referrer will lead to disqualification.

6. General Terms

• UniQore reserves the right to review, modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.

• Referrals are reviewed for eligibility 30 days post-purchase, and rewards are issued within 1 month of the qualifying 3-month milestone.

• Any disputes arising from the program will be resolved at UniQore’s sole discretion.

• By participating in the Referral Program, the Referrer and the Referred Company agree to these Terms & Conditions.

• UniQore reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all referrals and participants.

7. Data Privacy

• By submitting a referral, the Referrer confirms they have obtained the necessary permissions to share the Referred Company’s personal or business information with UniQore.

• All data provided will be processed in accordance with UniQore’s Privacy Policy.
