What we collect

When you complete our contact form, we collect the details you choose to provide. This may include your name, email address, telephone number, company name and the content of your message.

We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as which pages are viewed and general location. This helps us understand how the site is used and does not identify you personally.

Why we use it

We use the details you submit to:

We do not share your details with any other organisation except where we are required to do so by law. Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom, and where that happens appropriate safeguards apply.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for [24 months] from your most recent contact with us, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or we are required to keep them for longer.
